Serial number problem - PLEASE HELP!

Hey there!

Just bought ST - looks great! Got a bit of a major problem though - we have a couple of C4D licenses here (both core and Studio) and unfortunately when I submitted the wrong serial when purchasing (ie. a core one, not a Studio bundle one). Subsequently, I can only install ST onto a machine I can't use (as my project needs MoGraph and TP). Does anyone know a way I can get the serial replaced quickly? I've contacted Per Anders but unfortunately he didn't reply to my mail yesterday and so I will now have to wait a whole other work day (I'm on UK time, I believe he is on SF time). I've got an incredibly tight deadline and waiting a whole day is not good. I know I'm a big fool for putting the wrong serial in to start with but if anyone can suggest anything I'd be really grateful!

The thing is you're essentially asking me to supply you with two licenses when you have only paid for one. That's really not fair on me that you didn't enter the right serial and yet I'm the one that has to in essence pay for that, especially when it says in big letters in a prominent warning "Important Information (Please Read)" box on the purchase page ( http://www.thirdpartyplugins.com/stormt ... chase.html ) that Storm Tracer is non transferable outside of updates to C4D and any clerical errors are your responsibility alone for this very reason .

Nonetheless I have sent you a second serial, if you have not received this yet then please email me and I will resend this.
